Trainings & Certifications

As part of its outsourcing services, EFLAG provides trainings & certifications to equipment vendors' engineers, their subcontractors and clients.

EFLAG offers a wide range of trainings and workshops designed to teach the fundamentals of RF & core network planning and optimization in order to maintain and improve subscriber quality of service in GSM, GPRS, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, CDMA2000, LTE and Wimax networks.

• Technical classroom trainings & certifications
  These trainings are meant to help experienced technicians and engineers to improve their professional competence and skills (daily optimization, intensive optimization, etc...). EFLAG has 6 years experience providing classroom training services to tier-1 equipment vendors, their subcontractors and customers.

• On-job trainings
  On-job trainings are intended to ensure that engineers use their radio network planning and optimization (RNPO) skills with real case studies. Over the last 6 years, EFLAG has been providing OJT to more than 300 external participants (tier-1 vendors and their customers) and 500 EFLAG employees every year, some of them becoming later RF or core network experts.
• Open courses for non-experienced participants
  Mainly focusing on the principles and knowledge of RNPO to help the participants acquiring the basic capabilities to perform basic RNPO tasks. Throughout these courses, more than 500 persons have started their carrier in RNPO and core network engineering over the past years.
• Software trainings
  Trainings aiming at enabling a pro-efficient usage of EFLAG solutions (W-TD PLAN / SmartWave, NetCapture, etc...) in order to build comprehensive data analysis & reports.
